Reservation Policies

- A credit card is required to confirm a reservation. The credit card will be used for a guarantee to hold your room. It will not be charged at the time of booking.
- Should reservations be canceled within 48 hours of arrival, one night’s room plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file.

Shuttle Service to the Harris Conference Center
Shuttle service will run to and from the Harris Conference Center Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with morning pick-ups and afternoon drop-offs for guests at the following hotels:
