Here’s what we’re looking for.

  • Word Count

    500-800. Feel free to include end notes, figures, or additional resources.

  • Alignment to CORD Framework

    Your article should align with at least one of the components of the CORD Framework for Career Pathways Alignment.

  • Focus on Thought Leadership

    Offer insights, strategies, or trends that inform and inspire. Avoid promotional content for a specific product or service.

  • Support the Career Pathways Community

    Share ideas and takeaways that help others advance their work and strengthen career pathways.
